I called Bristol as my 13 year old Noritz tankless hot water heater had developed a significant drip and had stopped working. Mike and his team were out the very next morning and confirmed that the unit was indeed “toast” and needed to be replaced. Mike and his crew showed up the next morning and began the removal and replacement with a new Noitz tankless. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and willingness to explain all the way through the process. He made some needed changes to the existing air intake and exhaust piping and took the time to explain why. They left the area clean and just like they found it. Needless to say my experience was awesome and I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing.

We had Bristol Plumbing to replace our old water heater and tank toady. We use Bradford White so I wanted to find a certified contractor to do the job. Mike returned my online request promptly with a reasonable quote. We had the job scheduled on a day after the record snowstorm in KC area, and they just showed up on time in the bitter cold morning without problem.
